Do not book flight time or buy gift cards until you have read, understood and accepted the terms.
General
Flytribe is a provider of all experiences shown on flytribe.no and is located at Balder Allé 16, 2060 Gardermoen in Ullensaker municipality.
When you purchase an experience or redeem a gift card from the Flytribe (or redeem / order a coupon provided by an external supplier), it is only valid at Flytribe. You are also bound by the terms detailed below:
Safety
Everyone who is to fly in the wind tunnel at the Flytribe must register at the reception upon arrival, no later than 45 minutes before the flight.
Before flying, a statement of consent must be signed and all participants must undergo a briefing.
You can fly if you: weigh less than 120kg, or as long as you can fit in the flight equipment / are 5 years or older (you must fit one of our helmets) / not be pregnant / have not previously had a dislocated shoulder / not under influence of alcohol, drugs or prescription drugs / have signed permission from a parent or guardian if under 18 years / have signed our consent form.
All experiences require the use of safety equipment, this is mandatory and without exception. It is your responsibility to listen to the instructor during the briefing and follow the instructions given to you while flying. The instructor takes care of the flyer’s safety to the best of his ability, but everyone enters the wind tunnel at their own risk. Modern Activity Center is insured with a policy that covers our employees and guests.
Flytribe employs professional instructors. They reserve the right to end an experience if they believe the participant may endanger themselves or others.
Flytribe is inclusive and warmly welcomes disabled flyers. If a member of the group has specific requirements, it is important that we receive advance notice no later than the day before the flight.

Packages and prices
The prices shown on booking.flytribe.no are correct to our knowledge and are updated regularly.
All prices and packages, ads or other, can be removed or changed by Modern Activity Center whenever.
Flight time
The number of flights experienced will depend on the package purchased, but each flight typically lasts 90 seconds (60 seconds for kids package).
Some of our more comprehensive flight experiences may involve ‘double flights’ – which are approximately 180 seconds long.
The free fall duration during a parachute jump from 12,000 feet / 4000 meters is around 45 seconds, so at Flytribe you can buy flying experiences that correspond to at least twice as long as a free fall from a real parachute jump.
If you are unsure about the choice of experiences, you can call us at 40000916 between 12 noon and 8 pm, every day.
Cancellation
Cancellation of a booking must be made within 24 hours before the flight. Cancellations after the deadline will result in time being lost.
Discounts
Discount codes only apply to packages sold for First-time Flyers or Family and Group Packages unless otherwise specified. Discount codes do not apply to birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, pro-flyer hours, corporate packages, Christmas party packages, company events, food and drink, or other package solutions not directly ordered through our webshop.
Discount codes must be included in the order and made valid before payment. Unused discount codes will not be refunded afterwards. If an error occurs and the discount code is not registered, contact the reception before the transaction is carried out (tel: 40000916 / info@flytribe.no).
Varer, bilder og video
Flytribe offers moments from the day you experience with us, in the form of goods, photographs and video downloads.
Please note that even if we do our best, we can not guarantee the perfect image of each flyer due to the movement involved. As with all photography, the subject’s movements can be erratic
Although rare, our photography and video systems are prone to unforeseen technical errors. If there is a problem with the equipment and such media is prepaid, any credit will be limited to the specific value paid for photo and video downloads, and not against flight time.
The photo and video package purchased includes a number of high-resolution images for free use. If the customer does not give consent, no photos can be published by him. The photos are downloaded from the media kiosk for 30 days after the flight. The finished and ordered photos are placed in an online gallery, password protected (your voucher code), and downloaded. By signing the terms, you also acknowledge the chance that you may appear on another customer’s video and image files, without being able to claim their rights.
The use rights do not apply to resale, editing or any form of commercial use. Purchased photos and videos must be shared publicly. Flytribe retains the rights to the images, including the use of the images on its own website, social media, competitions and relevant marketing channels. Pictures of customers will only be published if you have given permission for this.
Flytribe can also offer “extra flights”. This is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Please note that this is not standard for any experience, but is offered at an additional cost.
Order confirmations
Flytribe’s standard for order confirmations and voucher codes is delivered via e-mail in the form of a voucher pdf to the e-mail address sent by the person who placed the order.
Please note that some email accounts may categorize our confirmations as unsolicited or “spam”.
Flytribe is not responsible for losses due to an email being blocked by a web filter or firewalls.
It is the responsibility of the person making the order to make sure that they have read and understood the order confirmation and receive the voucher code before arrival. Flytribe can not be held responsible for customers who do not show up prepared, and in time for the experience.
Purchase of Gift Certificate / Voucher
The Standard Flytribe gift card code is provided via e-mail in the form of an e-coupon to the e-mail address submitted by the buyer. Please note that some email accounts may categorize our confirmations as unsolicited or “spam”. Flytribe is not responsible for losses due to an email being blocked by a web filter or firewalls.
Flytribe can also offer plastic gift cards, but these must be purchased on site.
– Redeeming a voucher / Gift card
Gift cards / Vouchers can only be redeemed at Flytribe.
Please do not arrive without redeeming the gift card in advance (booking.flytribe.no). Code redemptions will not be completed until you have received an e-mail confirmation from the Flytribe, with an accompanying e-ticket.

– Validity
Coupons will be issued with a clearly specified expiration date and all flights must be booked on or before that date. If your flights are not used within this time, the right will be lost.
Coupons can only be redeemed at the Flytribe.
It is not possible to make the booking before the expiration date, for flights that are to take place after the expiration date. This applies regardless of whether your coupon was purchased from the Flytribe directly or through a partner.
– Transfers of vouchers / Gift cards
All gift card and voucher codes can be transferred to a third party and are valid according to the “gift card policy” described here.
– Bring your voucher / coupon code
If you have booked with a coupon code, you must bring this day for the flights. If you have been issued an e-coupon (by Flytribe directly, a gift card company / partner), you must have it ready for presentation on the day. Smartphone or similar is OK.
– Loss of voucher / coupon code
Flytribe cannot take responsibility if you lose or do not find your gift card / voucher code.
– Recipients of gift cards / vouchers
Gift card recipients can fly if they: weigh less than 120kg, or fit in the flight equipment / are 5 years or older (you must fit one of our helmets) / not be pregnant / have not previously had a shoulder dislocated / not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or prescription drugs / have signed permission from a parent or guardian if under 18 years / sign our consent form.
Payment with Klarna
In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment solutions, we may transfer your personal information at checkout in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, so that Klarna can assess whether you qualify for their payment solutions and to tailor these payment solutions to you. Your transferred personal data will be processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy policy.
Return Policy and complaints
Norwegian consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the parties’ obligations to fulfill the agreement lapse. The consumer will no longer be able to use the service, and the service provider is not obliged to perform the service. If the service has not been started, the consumer is entitled to a refund of the full amount he / she has paid. If the service has been started before the right of withdrawal is used, but before the service has been delivered, the consumer will be able to regret having to pay for the part of the service he has received. The consumer, on the other hand, can not normally regret services that have been fully delivered. You book an appointment for our services via our booking system Tunn3l. If you cancel, you will be refunded the amount.
Additional terms and conditions for businesses
Invoicing will take place 1 month before the agreed meeting, with due date 14 days before. Cancellation must be made no later than 14 days before the agreed attendance.
Cancellation and Payment Policy for Proflyers/Camps
Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair access and proper planning for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Up to 2 hours: Cancellations must be made at least 1 week in advance.
- Up to 4 hours: Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Up to 8 hours: Cancellations must be made at least 4 weeks in advance.
- Up to 10 hours: Cancellations must be made at least 5 weeks in advance.
- Up to 20 hours: Cancellations must be made at least 10 weeks in advance.
Failure to cancel within the specified time frame will result in a 25% booking fee.
In case of sickness, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Payment Policy
Payments for bookings should be made preferably 1 month in advance and no later than 2 weeks before the booking date. If payment is not received within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
